Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 measuring spoons

Materials

  • 1 tbsp raw honey preferably Manuka UMF 10+ or raw local honey
  • 1-2 tsp cooled chamomile tea distilled water, or whole milk (use milk if you tolerate dairy for extra soothing)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix colloidal oatmeal and raw honey until you get a thick paste.
  • Add chamomile tea or liquid 1 teaspoon at a time until spreadable (should look like creamy peanut butter).
  • Cleanse face with lukewarm water, pat dry.
  • Apply an even layer with clean fingers or mask brush, avoiding the eye area.
  • Leave on 10–15 minutes (it will tighten slightly).
  • Rinse with lukewarm water using gentle circular motions – the oats provide light exfoliation.
  • Follow with your usual moisturizer or a few drops of jojoba oil.
